THE SITE:  MASAGUISI VACATION BEACH CLUB paradise-island is located at the south-eastern portion of the Province of Oriental Mindoro facing the Tablas Strait some distance away from Romblon, Tablas Islands, Masbate, Negros Islands, etc. it consist of about 5.35 hectares of virgin light grayish fine powder sand around the island measuring at least a kilometer long and about an average of 50 to 80 meters wide. It has a unique water distribution around the island where the eastern side or the seaside is salt water while the eastern side or the riverbank is brackish fresh water. At the south-most tip of the island is a water passage way where fresh and salt water meet. Because of this unique natural formation members can enjoy two sources of fresh air, one coming from the riverbank or mountain fresh air and the other from the seaside open fresh air. The inner body of water or the riverbank is a natural sanctuary for yacht and other small crafts during bad weather, which hits the area very seldom since it is between the main land and the island paradise. To be constructed at the seaside or eastern portion of the island will be the breakwater and the wharf, which can also be used as the sanctuary for yacht and small craft. Likewise, the riverbank or the west side can also be used as a parking or basin for yacht or small craft. High tide comes only in the month of February which makes the shore line “beach able” almost the whole year round.    ACCESIBILITY: The paradise-island can be accessed from the two points from the main land of Luzon. First, through the Nautical Highway RoRo Facilities route coming from Manila. This uses Oriental Mindoro as a stop over and loading point and it is 35 minutes away by land to the project-site coming from the docking facility. Upon reaching the southern portion of the mainland, a short boat ride will bring you to the site via 20-meters distance. Second, through Batangas port then, a ferryboat ride to the southern portion of Mindoro province. Upon reaching the mainland, a three and a half hour travel via land to the site. Though, there are other more expensive options to get there thru commercial jet to the airport or Mindoro then by land to the site or through helicopter directly to the site. Please see map of the Philippines.                            Dramatically situated in Barangay Masaguisi Sulbod, Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, destined to be one of the Philippine's Best Vacation Beach Club is a tropical paradise - the ideal venue for a romantic getaway, family vacation or some fun in the sun!  You take Philtranco Bus from Cubao to Pasay, two (2) hours will take you to Batangas RORO Terminal, the bus will then be boarded to the RORO Ship two (2) hours trip will take you to Calapan Mindoro RORO Terminal, the bus then will proceed to Roxas Mindoro RORO Terminal but before reaching Roxas Terminal you’ll have to get-off Bongabong Market and a jeep from there will take you to Bgy. Masaguisi and from there you wont miss MVBC or for a speedy trip. Take Batangas Pier Bus from Alabang two (2) hours trip then take Supercat of Aboitiz when you get to Batangas Terminal in which for only 45 minutes this luxury cruise will take you to Calapan main terminal then take a bus from Calapan to Roxas but you have to get off at Bongabong Market and then take a jeep going to Masaguisi but eventually MVBC will have its own shuttle stationed in Bongabong market that will take you directly to the beach Resort.
