This
exclusive island estate is located in the heart of the
archipelago. Masaguisi Vacation Beach Club boasts of a
kilometer long beach front having a fine powder white sand.
Envisioned to be one of the orients foremost seaside resort.
MVBC is specially designed for the total enjoyment and
relaxation of its members and their guests. With its
1-kilometer beach front, the members will also get to enjoy
fresh water river flowing from the mountains some distance
away from this exclusive island. Now, having the nature’s
gift of a river on the Westside and sea on the east side, the
resort developer will introduce first in the Philippines, a
Gondola transport to its guest. This kind of feature is
normally seen in Florida USA wherein they create an artificial
man-made river and the resort
guests are escorted from the entrance to the reception area by
means of Gondola. At the resort, upon checking-in at the
reception area, the members will get to use golf carts to get
to their Cabana hotel unit. Each cabana unit is set in a
tropical garden furnished with personal refrigerator, mini
bar, air-con, shower, tub and private terrace.

ARE
THE VACATION LODGES / CABANAS FURNISHED?
YES,
all units are furnished with all the basic furniture’s and
fixtures that a comfortable accommodation should have
excluding TV so that everybody gets to enjoy all the water
sports, after all, everyone gets to watch TV all day long when
they get back home.

HOW
DO I GET TO MVBC?
You
take Philtranco Bus from Cubao to Pasay, two (2) hours will
take you to Batangas RORO Terminal, the bus will then be
boarded to the RORO Ship two (2) hours trip will take you to
Calapan Mindoro RORO Terminal, the bus then will proceed to
Roxas Mindoro RORO Terminal but before reaching Roxas Terminal
you’ll have to get-off Bongabong Market and a jeep from
there will take you to Bgy. Masaguisi and from there you wont
miss MVBC or for a speedy trip.
Take
Batangas Pier Bus from Alabang two (2) hours trip then take
Supercat of Aboitiz when you get to Batangas Terminal in which
for only 45 minutes this luxury cruise will take you to
Calapan main terminal then take a bus from Calapan to Roxas
but you have to get off at Bongabong Market and then take a
jeep going to Masaguisi
but eventually MVBC will have its own shuttle stationed in
Bongabong market that will take you directly to the beach
Resort.
