proposed project facilities to serve the full satisfaction of
the members are presented and laid out effectively within the
island-paradise to wit;

100 units single detach 1 and 2 bedroom Cabana-type
Vacation houses with terrace café made of native bamboo
including the café tables and chairs and with it is a round
umbrella made of native Zsa Zsa leaves; most of these cabanas
are strategically clustered along most of the shore-line,
considering its one (1) kilometer beach front island paradise
and will be interwoven with the 18 hole putting green.
